Excercise1

Ist Finger place on First Fret. 2nd Finger Place on 2nd Fret. 3rd Finger Place on 3rd Fret. 4th Finger Place on 4th Fret. Strike Each Note with alternate Picking. 

Alternate Picking and hitting each Individual Note Down and Up. For Example, The First Note Strike Down The 2nd Note Strike Up The 3rd Note Strike Down and The 4th Note Strike Up. Do the Alternate Picking on each String it will a Stronger 💪Guitar Player and Faster Finger Speed.

*Note do this Exercise All the way up the neck to the 12th Fret.

One Fret at A Time then Works your way Back to The First Position on the 1st Fret on The E String. I Highly Recommend using a Metronome at a Slow Speed until You get The Alternate Picking Down.

Exercise- 4

Alternate Picking Exercise. Remember to Strike Each Individual Note up and Then Down.

Example:
1. Up,  2. Down,  3. Up, 4. Down.
Repeat This Pattern over and over and over with a Metronome. Your Picking Technique Will Dramatically Increase.

Notes are E F G A G F E D Repeat over and Over.

Play The Same Exercise on The 3rd Fret to Mix Things Up.
